The 53.3mm secret: Breville's "54mm" baskets are ~53.7mm inside. A true 54mm tamper jams; a sloppy 53mm one channels your shots. That's why our Breville tampers are precision-cut at 53.3mm — the size that actually fits. Funnels and screens are sized to the 54mm rim as normal.
